Returns
Products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
If your returned item is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please note, all returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.  

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email to info@carrotandgibbs.com, with the reason you would like to exchange the item.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item.
